Question 1

Do I own the website after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes, entirely. Once the project is complete and final payment clears, the domain, hosting account and all website files are yours. Nothing is held hostage, and nothing is registered in our name.

Question 2

What about domain and hosting costs — are they extra?

Accepted Answer

Our prices cover design and development only. Domain registration runs roughly ₹800–₹1,200 per year and basic hosting ₹350–₹700 per month. We set it all up, recommend the right provider for your budget, and walk you through renewals so you are never dependent on us.

Question 3

How many design revisions do I get?

Accepted Answer

As many as it takes to get it right, within the agreed scope. Once the initial design is approved, structural changes — new pages, a rethought layout — are treated as new work and quoted separately. Two rounds are budgeted into every project as standard.

Question 4

Do I need to provide photos and content?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your photos, your words, your story. Most owners already have good photos on their phone, and we will tell you exactly which ones work. We can write the copy for you if needed, at a small extra charge. Real photos always outperform stock: customers trust what looks like the actual place.

Question 5

What if I am not happy with the final result?

Accepted Answer

We iterate until it is right. If after two full revision rounds the design still is not working, we refund the full amount — no questions, no awkwardness. It is written into the agreement before any work starts, so you never have to argue for it.

Question 6

Will my website rank on Google?

Accepted Answer

Every site ships with on-page SEO as standard — meta titles, descriptions, schema markup, image alt text — and we set up your Google Business Profile so you appear on Maps. Organic rankings typically take 4–12 weeks depending on city and competition. We will tell you plainly what to expect in your niche rather than over-promise.

Question 7

Can I update the website myself after launch?

Accepted Answer

For most updates — new photos, changed hours, festival offers — just send them on WhatsApp. It is faster than any CMS. If you want full editorial control, we can build on a simple CMS instead. During the support period all changes are free; after that, updates are billed at a small flat rate.

Question 8

Which cities do you work in?

Accepted Answer

All of it. Netloom works remotely with businesses anywhere in India — Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and the smaller towns just the same. The first call is on Google Meet or WhatsApp video; everything after that runs through screen shares and chat. Nothing about the process needs us in the same room, and nothing about the price changes with your postcode.
