This covers the studio pages on netloom.in: home, work, services, pricing, about and contact. It says what is collected, where it goes and how to have it removed. Nothing here is sold to anyone.

If you send an enquiry

The form asks for your name, email, city, package, type of business and a message. A phone number is optional. When you press send, those details go by email to hello@netloom.in, and you get one acknowledgement email back. They are not written to any database. They live in that inbox so I can reply to you.

Counting visits

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views. It sets no cookie and does not follow you to other sites.

Meta Pixel

These pages load the Meta Pixel, which sets a cookie named _fbp. It tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that you viewed a page and, if you send an enquiry, that an enquiry was sent. The contents of your enquiry are not sent to Meta. Netloom uses this to see which ads bring enquiries, and Meta uses it to decide who sees those ads. Meta also receives the same events through its own servers. Meta's own terms cover what it does with the data.

To stop it:

Things other companies see

Fonts load from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare's CDN, so those services see your IP address when a page loads. If you message on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that chat.

Seeing or deleting your details

Write to hello@netloom.in. I will tell you what I hold and delete it on request.
