Reservations are strongly recommended, especially Thursday through Sunday when we're usually full by 12:30 PM. Walk-ins are welcome on weekdays if tables are available. You can reserve via our booking page, by phone, or WhatsApp.

We're open Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM. We serve lunch only — the kitchen closes at 3:00 PM for orders. We are closed every Monday. Last seating is at 2:45 PM.

Our menu changes daily based on what's freshest at the market. The full thali always has 10–12 items. Some signatures like Shorshe Ilish and Kosha Mangsho are available most days. WhatsApp us by 11 AM to get today's board.

Takeaway is available — order via WhatsApp by 11 AM and collect from 12:30 PM onwards. We don't work with Zomato or Swiggy — their packaging requirements don't suit our food. Some things are meant to be eaten fresh and warm.

Street parking is available on Gariahat Road. There's a paid parking area 200 metres away near Gariahat market. By auto, we're 5 minutes from Ballygunge station and 8 minutes from Golpark.

Yes, we accommodate groups up to 24 guests. For parties of 10 or more, please call us or WhatsApp at least 3 days in advance. We can arrange a fixed menu for groups and set aside a dedicated section of the dining room.

Absolutely. Our vegetarian thali has 10+ items including Alu Dom, Dal, Shukto, Panchmishali Torkari, Cholar Dal, Luchi, Gobindobhog rice, Chutney, Papad and Mishti. Bengali vegetarian cooking is a cuisine unto itself — don't underestimate it.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all debit and credit cards, and cash. We don't charge a convenience fee for digital payments.

We serve lunch only, 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM. This is a deliberate choice — our kitchen makes one meal, made well, every day. It's how we maintain the quality our guests come for. We are not planning to add dinner service.

Our kitchen cooks fish, shellfish, and meat. We use mustard oil in most dishes. If you have specific allergies, please tell us when reserving — Ratan da will personally guide you on what's safe. We take this seriously.
